PA Flax Project

PROJECT: BRAND EVOLUTION

The PA Flax Project was founded to help reestablish the fiber flax industry in Pennsylvania. As the organization grew, its identity needed to reflect a shift from small-scale fiber processing to supporting industrial farming and production methods capable of rebuilding a regional supply chain.

Building on an already strong foundation, the engagement focused on evolving the existing brand through refinements to the logo, typography, and color palette. A flexible design system was developed to support communications across a growing range of audiences and applications, including iconography, collateral, signage, infographics, social media, and brand guidelines.

The project included restructuring the website’s information architecture and designing and building a new site to better organize content and communicate the organization's expanding mission.

A comprehensive brand style guide was developed to establish a cohesive brand structure that had the flexibility to scale with the organization’s growth across a wide range of media touch points.
